Change of Address & Information Request

Have you moved? Changed your name?

Update your information with us by e-mailing memberchanges@ona.org. You must include your Union ID number (which can be found on your ONA ID card). Your record cannot be changed without this number. Also include your Local (if possible) as well as the name of your employer(s).

If you do not have your ONA ID number or card, the ONA Dues Department can assist you Monday to Friday (9am - 4pm). Please call:

  • from outside the Toronto area, 1-800-387-5580. Press "0" for the Toronto office, and ask for ext. 2200
