This workshop is CLOSED
One Day
In this workshop, the learner will:
- Outline the negotiation process for all sectors.
- Identify the Bargaining Unit Negotiation Committee’s role and accountabilities.
- Identify resources available to the Committee while developing proposals.
- Create proposals for their upcoming round of negotiations.
The workshop is designed for Members on a Negotiation Committee.
Note: Generally the servicing LRO facilitates this workshop. The morning of the workshop involves a review of the negotiation process, while the afternoon is spent writing proposals and identifying demonstrated rationale. It is highly recommended that the Bargaining Unit’s entire Negotiation Team participates in this workshop.
