This workshop replaces the ONA Violence and Harassment Workshop.

In this workshop, the learner will:

Identify the types of violence in the workplace.
Discuss prevention strategies and how to implement them.
Identify resources accessible to ONA representatives and where members can seek additional support to affect positive change in their workplace.

This workshop is designed for ONA Representatives and Front-line members.
