Members granted subsidies who travel more than 80 kilometres one way to the Sheraton Centre Toronto will be subsidized for travel, parking, meals and one night’s accommodation.

Members granted subsidies who travel less than 80 kilometres one way from the Sheraton Centre Toronto will not be eligible for accommodation but will be subsidized for travel (including parking) and meals (1 breakfast).

If you live more than 80km away and are ONLY attending the HRE Summit, ONA is willing to book your hotel accommodations for you.

Would you like ONA to book your accommodations for the night of Sunday, November 2, 2025?

If you live more than 80km away (one way) and are staying for some or all of the Biennial Convention your Local will need to book your room for you, and they will be reimbursed. In this case do not select ‘Yes’ above. ONA central will not book your room for you.

Please ensure that you have notified your Bargaining Unit President and/or Local Coordinator that you are applying for a subsidy.
