The Canadian Federation of Nurses Unions (CFNU) represent nurses’ unions in nine provinces and 40,000 nursing student affiliates. The CFNU advocates for members and promotes the nursing profession nationally, working to improve patient care and protect our universal public health-care system.
The Ontario Federation of Labour (OFL) serves as an umbrella group for working people and their unions. It represents over a million Ontario workers belonging to more than 1,500 locals from 54 unions.
The Canadian Labour Congress is the largest labour organization in Canada, bringing together dozens of national and international unions, provincial and territorial federations of labour and community-based labour councils to represent more than 3 million workers across the country.
Global Nurses United is a federation of nurse and health-care worker unions in more than 30 nations, coming together to work for nurses’ and workers’ rights and improved patient care for all.
The Ontario Health Coalition represents more than 500 member organizations and a network of Local Health Coalitions and individual members. They are committed to protecting and improving our public health-care system.
