Over the last 50 years, ONA has grown in many ways, thanks to you. Whether you’re a nurse practitioner, medical radiation technologist, personal support worker, or any other profession working in health care – you are what makes ONA a strong and powerful union. You make sure that people across our province get the care they need and deserve.
Our diversity is our strength. It's time to create more space to recognize and celebrate each other, including what makes our professions unique and what they have in common.
That’s why the ONA Board of Directors is proud to announce a new Member Recognition Advisory Team, with a mandate to help us all celebrate members of many professions. We’ve expanded the team’s focus from Nursing Week to include a wide range of professional and worker recognition days we can observe together.
