This year, Medical Radiation Technologists’ (MRT) Week takes place from November 2 to 8. This annual celebration recognizes and raises awareness of the vital role that MRTs play in the health-care system.

MRTs work in four key areas: radiological technology, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy or magnetic resonance imaging. They bridge the gap between sophisticated technology and patient care, delivering imaging and radiation-related treatment services with a caring touch.
