If you are an ONA member from a provincially participating nursing home, you are invited to attend a demand-setting meeting for upcoming contract negotiations.  

You will hear from your elected nursing homes negotiating team and give your input on priorities when we head to the bargaining table to negotiate a new collective agreement in 2024. 

Virtual meetings are being held based on ONA regions. Please register to attend the correct meeting according to your geographic location.  Recordings of the demand setting meetings are now available in the Access ONA Resource Centre. You must be logged in to Access ONA to view the recording.
