Ontario Health atHome members – Vote on bargaining demands!

October 19, 2026

On October 28 and 29, we will host two virtual meetings for Ontario Health atHome members where you can vote on bargaining demands.

Over the past few months, your elected Ontario Health atHome Provincial Negotiating Team has reviewed the bargaining survey results, considered feedback from the two demand-setting meetings and incorporated your ideas and suggestions into the proposed demands.

Join us on either October 28 or 29, at 7 p.m. ET, to hear firsthand about the proposed demands. The team will present the collective agreement language developed from your input and explain the rationale behind the proposed language.

Register online to attend and share this information with your colleagues. The deadline to register is October 28 at 4 p.m. ET.

In order to take part in the voting in these meetings, you will need to join through an app on your phone, tablet or computer, as voting is not possible via phone call. Please register for and attend only one meeting. Proxy voting will not be permitted.

Now is the time to give your negotiating team the green light to bring these demands to your employer and begin negotiating a collective agreement.

Test your Zoom Setup

Make sure you are webinar ready. Test your Zoom set up (sound, mic, etc.) in advance to ensure you won't miss out! Visit https://zoom.us/test.

Keep checking the OHaH bargaining page for ways to take action. Submitting a selfie for the action in February is a great first step. There will also be more meetings and opportunities for your support and involvement to come.

Recordings from the vote meetings are available in the Access ONA Resource Centre. You must be logged in to Access ONA to view the recording.
